Rob Noonan is a career and retirement advisor, educator, and founder of Third Act Advisors, where he helps individuals navigate career transitions and life after work with focus and confidence. As an adjunct instructor at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, he teaches self-discovery for adults over 50, job search and AI strategy, and interview preparation, working directly with students and adults re-entering the workforce or preparing for retirement.
Through both his professional work and personal experience, Rob has seen that retirement is about far more than financial readiness. He works with individuals and couples to navigate the non-financial side of retirement, including identity, purpose, structure, and connection, helping them design a next chapter that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Rob is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches and the Retirement Coaches Association. He is also the author of Kitchen Table to Launch and is dedicated to helping individuals become role-ready, opportunity-ready, and prepared for what comes next.
